🧡 National Day for Truth and Reconciliation

Our reception and regular clinic operations will be closed tomorrow, September 30th, in recognition of the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation.

Previously scheduled appointments with select practitioners will still take place as scheduled. If you have an appointment booked for tomorrow, please attend at your scheduled time unless your practitioner has contacted you otherwise.

Regular clinic operations will resume Wednesday, October 1st.

🦴 Tip of the day: Start your cardio at a pace that feels manageable, then gradually increase your speed, time or incline. You don’t have to go all-out to get the benefits—consistency beats crawling off the treadmill.

Bone Jovi learned that last part the hard way. 💀😂
