Start of 2020 ➡️ start of 2025
This is pretty nuts 🤩

Looking back over these 5 years, the growth as been more then just in my back muscles. My mind has grown so much in this time especially.
After losing my dad and going through the hardest thing in my life .. to finding the love of my life , my mindset has grown and shifted tremendously 🙏🏼

I am proud of how far I’ve come. My back muscles have grown stronger and more defined, but more importantly, I’ve developed discipline and patience that extend beyond the gym. This journey has shaped who I am today.

Remember, nothing changes, if nothing changes.
Just trust the process and stay consistent, as that really is the secret to becoming a healthier you in the mind, body and soul 🙌🏻

Long overdue post to one of the most driven individuals we know ! 💪 Your dedication to your bodybuilding journey was inspiring to watch and deserves all the recognition in the world as this girl lost over 40lbs from her starting point to the stage 🙌 from Sept - Apr! We are so proud of all her hard work!
All the challenges that were thrown at you during your prep shows how physically and mentally strong you are as a mother and a figure competitor.

I got the weight up but then had a body glitch at the end and I did a downwards hip dip due to my bad hip and the bar lowered slightly so it could not count as a rep.

Bench
77 kg || 171 lbs
85 kg || 187 lbs
90 kg || 198 lbs ❌
Couldn't swing it after maxing out in the squat prior.

Deadlift
135 kg || 297 lbs
142 kg || 314 lbs
150 kg || 330 lbs
A decent finish 🙌🏻 I wanted to end this meet on a good note, as the first 2 lifts I failed my 3rd attempts, so I decided to play it a bit safe on the last lift of the day. And I'm glad I did !

Bodyweight: 152 lbs || 69 kg

Overall, I had a blast and learned lots! That's what it's all about! I am proud of myself for following my prep to a T and pushing myself to a level of major discomfort and I came back pretty strong after not competing for 2 years, so I am very pleased with the outcome!

Huge thanks to for driving all the way from Nova Scotia to coach me through my second powerlifting meet. You are a very professional and well educated powerlifting coach and I appreciate you immensely! 🙏🏼

Our client just competed in a bodybuilding show for the first time ever. She competed at the NB Natural show this past weekend where took home a third place in her open class at her very first show! 🥉😃
We are so proud of this gal for everything she's accomplished this week👏🏻She managed to pass the biggest exam of her life on the Monday of peak week and successfully became a nurse all while prepping... 🤯 this girl never gives up on her goals and it certainly shows! Congrats chick 🎉👩🏼‍⚕️🩺
She's been prepping pretty much since the fall for this one, and she handled the craziness of show day so well! Her hard work and dedication definitely stood out on stage, as she had so much confidence and amazing stage presence that she looked like one of the veterans up there ! 🤩
It was my pleasure to coach such a wonderful, smart, driven lady through her first ever prep experience!
I cannot wait to see our RIF client Grace thrive in her off season as she has such a bright future in this industry with so much potential, I am proud and honoured to be her coach ☺️
