A little progress each day really can add up to big results. 💪
When I give patients exercises or “homework,” I understand that life is busy—and fitting them in every single day may not always be realistic.
The goal isn’t perfection. Start small. Choose something manageable, even if it’s only five minutes or a few repetitions. Once that feels achievable, you can gradually build from there.
Consistency doesn’t mean doing everything perfectly every day. It means continuing to come back to it whenever you can. Those small efforts may not feel significant in the moment, but over time, they can make a big difference in how you move, feel and function.
Small steps still count. Keep going. 💚
