Hi everyone, I just wanted to say thank you so much for your continued understanding, kind words and support. For a woman who swore she never got sick, this winter has humbled me completely. Since beginning my jaw expansion, it’s become clear my immune system is struggling. I’ve sadly had to take much more time away from my practice than I’d like, and reschedule more appointments than I’m comfortable with due to illness.

I look forward to working on finding some meaningful answers so that I can be as consistent, healthy and vibrant as ever.

Thanks again for your patience, and seeing the human behind the business as I navigate my own health. I look forward to many more meaningful sessions to come, and springing into a healthier season. 🌱☀️

I will be on holidays from Tuesday March 10th- Tuesday March 17th 😀

All calls, voicemails, texts, and appointment requests will be returned once I'm back on March 18th.

Hi everyone! Happy Sunday - I’ve got two important updates and one special request for you 😊

Just so you are aware, the online booking site has changed from Square to the Janeapp. If you have any trouble, please feel free to reach out for assistance.

Secondly, clinic hours are changing! Work life balance is most important, and as of March 23rd my hours will be adjusted to the following :

Monday 7:30am-3:00pm
Tuesday 7:30am-3:00pm
Wednesday 7:30am-3:00pm
Thursday 2:30pm-7:00pm
Every 2nd Saturday 8:00am-3:00pm
