If you stay too upright, you’re going to feel it more in your quads.

But if you want to hit more glute and hamstring, you need to hinge from the hip, lean slightly forward, keep your chest up, and control the movement.

Small adjustments make a big difference. Stop just going through the motion and start setting up the exercise for the muscle you actually want to work.

Even non alcoholic drinks can mess with your results if they’re loaded with sugar.

They can leave you more dehydrated, make it harder to stay lean, and push your weight up fast when it becomes a habit.

If you’re going out, keep the sugar low, control the syrup, and be smart with your drink choices.

One drink won’t ruin everything, but making sugary drinks a regular thing definitely will.
