Can you fill this survey out if you live in Surrey or White Rock please? Not sure about you but it looks like the Semiahmoo Town center is just knocking down the Mall and building a lot of high rises - as many as can be put in the Semiahmoo Mall space as possible. We need something better, a town Center with a Mall and less units. We need some sustainable that helps the Millennial's buy homes and creates a community. Please let Surrey City know what you think.

These statistics show alarming ⏰ facts about the food we eat. Pork and poultry 🍗 alone produce 10% of greenhouse gases. For a lower climate impact, we need to take a different approach to our diets.

Removing wax from a Candle jar!
Maybe this is something everyone already knows but I found out by accident how to get the finished candle out of the glass pot. You can then either reuse it (if a votive pot) or recycle the glass if a large candle. Just put a bit of water in and let it sit for a few hours or overnight. Turn it over and the wax pops out - so easy. Am I just behind the curve on this or is this a brilliant discovery?

These coconut lime balls are the perfect quick snack to eat on the run;

Ingredients:
- 2/3 cup raw cashews
- 1 cup fresh dates (seeds removed)
- Fresh juice from 1 lime
- Zest of 2 limes
- 1/2 cup of shredded coconut
- 1/3 cup raw almonds

Method;
Blend all the ingredients, except coconut, until the mix becomes breadcrumb like consistency. With damp hands, roll into walnut sized balls, and roll in coconut. Refrigerate until ready to eat.
