Today was filled with laughter, connection, healing, breakthroughs, and beautiful reminders that none of us are meant to walk this journey alone.

Every conversation, every smile, every moment of courage created a ripple that will continue long after today.

Watching people remember their power, reconnect to themselves, and step into a little more light is exactly why I do what I do.
