In-Studio Group Fitness Class Pass
(choose 5, 10 or 15 classes)

Mondays @ 6:30-7:15pm
◇Dance Fitness
Tuesdays @ 6:30-7:15pm
◇Total Body Pilates
Wednesdays @ 6:30-7:15pm
◇Total Body Tabata
(Strength + Cardio HIIT)
Online Fitness Class Library
☆At Home Workouts including Strength, Pilates, Tabata (HIIT), Cardio Kickboxing and Yoga classes.
☆Follow along workouts ranging 20 - 50 minutes in length
☆Access via private Facebook group

*Group Nature walks are completely optional and will likely be scheduled weekday evenings or weekend mornings. A great opportunity to meet some new people and explore the beauty that surrounds us. Connecting with cool people + finding new trails: sounds like a win win to me.*

☆Prizes will be awarded throughout the challenge to the participants who have shown up for themselves and for their wellness community the most throughout the program.
☆Earn your chance to win by completing fun fitness and wellness challenges, getting in your steps/walks + workouts, attending Pure Joy Fitness classes, completing your wellness tracker, working on your personal goals, being a cheerleader for the group, participating in community discussions etc.
Registration cost for the program will depend on which group fitness class pass you choose.
5 Class Pass = $100
10 Class Pass = $120
15 Class Pass = $140
