Passes are available for the 6:30pm Group Fitness Classes.
You can get a weekly session pass, trial pass or 10 card punch pass. Passes are flexible and can be used for any of the Group Fitness classes.

Small Group Strength Training classes have openings available as follows:
◇Monday 5:30pm - 1SPOT
◇Tuesday 5:30pm - 1 SPOT
◇Thursday 4:45pm - 2 SPOTS

We have a NEW CLASS on the schedule for Wednesday nights. 👀

CLASS SCHEDULE
Monday: 6:30-7:15pm

Wednesday: 6:30-7:15pm

A 5 week session starts on Monday, June 8th and will run until Wednesday, June 3rd. Classes are held at 7 Peter Street in Sussex.

You will get to choose one of these passes when you join the FEEL GOOD 40 Women's Wellness Challenge or you can get the class pass only.

CLASS PASSES:
1 class/week (5 classes) - $50
2 classes/week (10 classes) - $70
3 classes/week (15 classes) - $95

TRIAL PASS - $15
This is a 3 class pass that allows you to try classes before getting your pass. It is valid for 2 weeks from the date of purchase.

Class Descriptions:

Dance Fitness:
Fun Dance Fitness + high energy music make this 45 minute class the perfect way to get in your cardio and have a good time doing it. Class requires no previous experience and all movements can be scaled for any fitness level. Have fun, feel great and get an amazing workout.

Total Body Pilates:
Classes deliver full body strength conditioning with a core focus. Pilates and Barre exercises are paired with the use of bands, balls, and light dumbbells to strengthen, lengthen and tone from head to toe. Every session ends with a full body stretch to help support recovery, improve flexibility and encourage relaxation and peace of mind. This class is beginner friendly as suitable options will be demonstrated for all experience levels.

TABATA (interval training)
Tabata is the name of the method of timing we will use for this metabolic interval training class. This FUN and efficient full body training builds strength and improves cardiovascular health in less time and boosts metabolism during sessions and for up to 24 hours afterwards. Exercises use a variety of strength training equipment including dumbbells, kettlebells, barbells, bands, balls, suspension trainers (TRX) or your own bodyweight. Classes are great for all experience and fitness levels as you come and work at your own intensity. Options and alternatives will be provided so everyone can have a safe and effective workout.

With the Tuesday + Thursday openings there is a really great opportunity for 2 ladies to get their Strength Training routine in place just like that.✅️
All you have to do is sign up, show up and I will take care of the rest. 💪✨️

A huge benefit with small group training is that working out with a group motivates you to work harder and is always more FUN than doing it on your own and time flies by! Having the same group every week also gives you an extra sense of accountability to keep showing up for your crew and for YOURSELF. 💖

Sessions are held in a PRIVATE small group setting with only 5-6 spots available. No previous experience is required to attend as various options will be provided that are suitable for all fitness levels. Classes are perfect for anyone getting started or for those who already love to lift and want to check their form and get the most out of their workouts.
