Happy First Day of School! 🎒✏️

There are lots of fresh starts happening in our community today, new classrooms, new teachers, new routines, new friendships and maybe a few butterflies along the way.

To every student heading through those doors today: be curious, be kind, ask questions and remember you don't have to have everything figured out on day one.

Grief can feel incredibly isolating, but you don’t have to navigate it alone.

Beginning Monday, September 14, ARK Health Collective will be home to a FREE 8-week Group Grief Counselling Program, coordinated by Hospice Sussex.

This group offers a safe and compassionate space to connect with others who understand loss, share experiences, listen, and find support through the journey of grief.

Here’s your reminder to make sure you’re registered with Patient Connect NB. 🩺

Patient Connect NB is the provincial registry for New Brunswick residents who don’t currently have a permanent primary care provider.

📞 Call 811 to get started or to ask questions about accessing healthcare services.

Already registered? It’s also important to make sure your contact information is up to date so you can be reached when needed.
And please share this reminder! Someone in your family, workplace or community may not realize they need to register.

Access to primary care matters and making sure you’re on the list is an important first step.

September is getting closer, and registration is open for the upcoming 8-week Group Grief Counselling Program coordinated by Hospice Sussex.

Grief can feel incredibly isolating, but being surrounded by people who understand can remind us that we don't have to navigate it alone.

This FREE program offers a compassionate space to connect, share, listen and receive support while navigating life after loss.

Here's your reminder: make sure you're registered with Patient Connect NB.

If you don't currently have a permanent primary care provider, registering with Patient Connect NB lets the province know you're looking for one and adds you to the provincial registry.

📞 You can call 811 for information and assistance with accessing health services in New Brunswick.

And if you've been waiting for a while, don't assume you're automatically registered, it's worth making sure your information is current.
