Something different is coming this fall.

EnerQi Healing and Waterford Equine Assisted Healing (WEAH) are joining forces for a three-part experience unlike anything we have offered before...The Space Between.

Have you ever walked into a room and immediately felt the energy shift? Or caught yourself reacting to someone's tone or silence before you even understood why? We pick up on so much more than we realize; and horses are extraordinary at helping us slow that process down and notice what we have been missing.

This isn't about riding. There is no horse experience needed. It's about presence.

📅 Three Sundays together:
• October 18 — PAUSE
• October 25 — SHIFT
• November 1 — ALLOW

⏰ 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM each session
👥 Only 6 participants — registration covers all three dates as a complete series
💰 $300 + HST ($345)

Each session builds on the last. We start by exploring awareness; what are we picking up without realizing it? We move into noticing the energy we bring into a space. And then we practice intentionally shifting our presence.

The horses meet you where you are. They bring you into the present moment in a way that is difficult to describe until you feel it.

Spots are extremely limited. This is a complete series and participants join together from the first session and stay for the full journey.

Monthly Sound Immersion Experiences at Nika's Haven in Hampton!

I will be hosting a regular sound immersion session using crystal and Tibetan singing bowls, didgeridoos, gongs, and other insturments. These frequencies are deeply supportive for stress, anxiety, pain, and emotional tension and work by guiding your body and nervous system into a state of genuine rest and renewal.

Each session is simple. You arrive, you settle in, and you let the sound carry you.

These sessions with the horses at Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing have been truly incredible and deeply inspiring. Each experience unfolds in its own unique way, creating space for connection, healing, and moments that are often difficult to put into words.

What an incredible experience we had on Saturday during our Equine EnerQi Healing sessions at Waterford Equine-Assisted Healing.

I’m still finding the words for what we were able to witness.

The horses took right to the work in such a beautiful and natural way. They were calm, present, intuitive, and incredibly powerful space holders for each client who was lucky enough to experience a session with them nearby.

Throughout the sessions, the horses helped us locate areas of pain, emotion, and stored tension within the body. They held space with such gentleness as those emotions began to move, soften, and release.

And I can honestly say, I never thought I would witness a horse give someone a hug during a healing session… but I did. It was one of the most moving experiences of my career, and something I will never forget.

A heartfelt thank you to the horses and the wonderful staff at Waterford Equine Therapy for sharing your land, your space, and your beautiful herd with us. It was such an honor to witness the shifts, releases, and moments of deep connection that unfolded throughout the day.

There is something truly special that happens when healing work, nature, and horses come together.

Thank you to everyone who trusted the process and allowed themselves to be supported in such a unique and powerful way.

We are still integrating the beauty of the day, and I truly hope this is only the beginning of more experiences like this.

I have a beautiful opportunity opening up and I’d love to gauge interest.

I may soon be able to offer my powerful EnerQi Healing sessions outdoors, in the presence of a small group of horses who would be there assisting us in the healing space.

There is something incredibly grounding, gentle, and intuitive about being in nature, surrounded by the calm presence of horses. These sessions would blend the EnerQi Healing work I already offer with the added support of the outdoor environment and the natural sensitivity of the horses.

This would not be horseback riding, but rather a quiet, healing-based experience where the horses are part of the space, offering their presence, awareness, and support in the way animals so naturally do.

I’m just putting this out there to see how many people may be interested in something like this.

Ahh March, the big tease to warmer weather. Today on the ridge we've got snow, hail, rain and bursts of sunshine – sometimes all at the same time! 😂

I used to be impatient with March in New Brunswick. These days, I can appreciate that good things take time.

Just like the weather, healing too isn’t always linear. Some days are sunshine on your face, others are cold to the bone. But eventually, in good ol' Maritime fashion, we get to where we can fully enjoy a day in the elements 😉

And so while it doesn't quite look like it yet, spring is officially here! And honestly, there's no better time to get a headstart on your health and vitality than springtime 🌱
