•WHY does laser Hair Removal take multiple sessions? 🤔

The laser emits beams of light that target the melanin in your hair. That light turns into heat which destroys the follicle of your hair in turn preventing future hair growth!

•But why are multiple sessions needed?🤷‍♀️

The hair follicle is a tricky bu**er. It can only be actively destroyed when in the anagen stage (actively grooooowing! See below ⬇️).

Every hair grows at a different rate and is at a different stage. So, multiple sessions are needed to make sure we get all the hairs while in the anagen phase!

This is also was its SUPER IMPORTANT to not pluck, wax or use hair removal creams (shaving only PLEASE 🙏) in the weeks leading up to your session! You pull that hair follicle out, and the laser will have nothing to target!

But, fear not, each session you will see a 15-25% reduction in growth as your hair comes back!
