The Ally Centre continues to refer and promote this recovery support program. Highly recommended

September marks the start of national Recovery Month Canada. Over the next few weeks, weโ€™ll be sharing recovery-based programs, services, and supports that are available to help people on their journey.

This morning, to highlight the start of Recovery Month, we welcomed community partners and local elected officials to tour the Recovery Support Centre in North Sydney and learn more about the services offered there.

At the 12 Recovery Support Centres across Nova Scotia - from Yarmouth to North Sydney โ€“ people with substance use and gambling concerns can walk in for support without a referral and immediately begin receiving care. People can also book an appointment through the Mental Health and Addictions Intake Service at ๐Ÿญ-๐Ÿด๐Ÿฑ๐Ÿฑ-๐Ÿต๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฎ-๐Ÿญ๐Ÿญ๐Ÿฎ๐Ÿฎ or online at prebooking.nshealth.ca.
