Something new has been growing at Tao of Health… 🌿

After a lot of work behind the scenes, I'm excited to share that the new Tao of Health website is officially live.

Tao of Health has grown and evolved a lot over the years, and I wanted the new website to better reflect the way I practice today.

My approach has always been about taking the time to look at the bigger picture — not just where something hurts, but the different factors that may be contributing to how you're feeling.

Sleep, digestion, stress, pain, energy, old injuries and many other pieces of our health can sometimes be more connected than they first appear.

Traditional Chinese Medicine gives us another way of looking at those patterns and, when appropriate, another way of working with them.
