✨ The Practice of Cord Cutting ✨

Cord cutting isn’t about rejecting people or pretending relationships never mattered. It’s about lovingly releasing the energetic ties that no longer serve your highest good.

Throughout our lives, we create energetic cords with people, situations, habits, emotions, and even past versions of ourselves. Some of these connections nourish us, while others can leave us feeling drained, stuck, or unable to move forward.

A cord-cutting ritual is a powerful act of intention. It’s a way of saying:
🌿 I release what no longer serves me.

Hi, everyone! I’ve missed you all so much. 💜

I’ve been quietly working behind the scenes since last fall, and I’m so excited to finally share what I’ve been creating.

As many of you know, I recently purchased Moon & Lotus in Sylvan Lake. Behind the shop, I’ve created a beautiful sacred space—a place for healing, connection, learning, and community.

Over the past several months, we’ve built something truly special. The Moon & Lotus community and our incredible practitioners have come together in a way that feels effortless and aligned. The support, love, and energy that fills this space is something I can’t wait for you to experience.

This is only the beginning.

Stay tuned as I start sharing upcoming events, workshops, pop-ups, collaborations, and all the exciting new offerings we have planned. I can’t wait to welcome you into this next chapter.
