We're excited to share that we raised nearly $700 through ticket sales alone! Every dollar will help support Anita as she continues her fight.

Fight Like Anita 💪

Some of you who’ve joined my classes in the past may recognize the face on this poster - my dear friend Anita is facing the hardest fight of her life after recently being diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer.

On June 9th, I’ll be teaching a Fundamentals of Fitness Kickboxing class, with all proceeds going directly toward Anita’s treatment and supporting her and her family through this battle.

Anita is an incredible mother, wife, friend, and one of the strongest women I know. Anita was supposed to be in my corner during my Rumble in the Cage fight and now it’s our turn to stand in her corner and show her she’s not fighting alone. ❤️🥊

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share a quick update regarding kickboxing classes. I had originally planned to restart this spring and I truly appreciate all the interest and support.
After giving it a lot of thought, I’ve decided to press pause for now. Between a full schedule, ongoing renovations and wanting to be more present with my daughter and loved ones, I need to shift my focus for the time being.
I’m sorry for any disappointment this may cause and I really appreciate your understanding. The plan is to bring classes back in late summer/ early fall and I’m already looking forward to getting back at it with all of you then.

Such a strong start to our first women’s self defence class.

We focused on situational awareness, creating space, and real-life escape techniques for dangerous situations—building confidence in every aspect.

Such a blast 👊🏼 thank you trainers for coming out and bringing your expertise to our community.
