Earth Stewards

Earth Stewards “We are all stewards and guardians of the Earth, and all life depends on us working together.” — Tyhson Banighen. Founded by Tyhson J.

Earth Stewards is an Infinite Wellness™ community devoted to deepening the sacred connection between Nature and people. This page explores our relationship with the Earth as a living, intelligent, relational being — not merely as scenery, resource, or background to human life. Banighen, M.A., Master Dowser, intuitive guide, spiritual healer, whole-systems educator, and founder of Infinite Wellness

™, this work has roots reaching back to 1973 with the creation of Turtle Island Earth Stewards. Earth Stewards brings together teachings and practices from land stewardship, bioregionalism, permaculture, geomancy, dowsing, energy healing, sacred ecology, and whole-systems thinking. The purpose of this page is to help people:
🌿 restore sacred relationship with the Earth
🌿 deepen Nature connection
🌿 understand land and place as living energy systems
🌿 explore geomancy and earth energy mapping
🌿 support harmony between people, homes, land, and Nature
🌿 clear non-beneficial energies from people, homes, and places
🌿 learn practical ways to steward land with reverence
🌿 participate in personal and planetary transformation

At the heart of this work is a simple understanding:
When we become alienated from Nature, we become alienated from our own true nature. Earth Stewards exists to help restore that relationship. Through dowsing, geomancy, sacred space creation, energy clearing, Nature listening, and co-creative relationship with the kingdoms of Nature, we explore how people and places can become more harmonious, coherent, fertile, resilient, and alive. This page is for those who feel called to remember that the Earth is not separate from us. We belong to the living Earth community. And as we restore relationship with Nature, we also restore relationship with ourselves, one another, and the future of life. Earth Stewards is part of the Infinite Wellness™ ecosystem.

Norway is showing the world that renewable energy doesn’t always need giant dams, flooded valleys, or disrupted ecosystems. Engineers and clean-energy innovators are developing damless river turbine systems designed to generate electricity directly from the natural flow of moving water—without blocking rivers, stopping fish migration, or drastically changing the surrounding landscape.

Unlike traditional hydropower, which often depends on large reservoirs and concrete barriers, these next-generation turbines aim to work with the river instead of against it. They can be placed in flowing water to capture kinetic energy while allowing the river to keep moving naturally. That means cleaner electricity with far less ecological damage, making this type of innovation especially attractive in a world searching for sustainable power solutions.

What makes this idea so powerful is its simplicity. Rivers flow day and night, offering a steady source of renewable energy. If this technology scales successfully, it could bring electricity to remote communities, reduce dependence on fossil fuels, and provide a more nature-friendly alternative to conventional hydroelectric systems. In a time when many clean energy projects still face criticism for harming habitats, Norway’s approach points toward a smarter balance between innovation and environmental protection.

This is exactly the kind of future-focused engineering the planet needs—solutions that don’t force us to choose between energy and nature. Norway has long been a leader in hydropower research, and its work on more environmentally responsible water-energy systems reflects a broader push to make renewable energy both efficient and ecosystem-friendly. Research groups in Norway, including institutions like NTNU and SINTEF, have also emphasized fish-friendly hydropower and lower-impact river energy design.

If the future of electricity can flow as freely as a river, then innovations like this may become one of the most important clean energy breakthroughs of the decade.

With every breath I take, I am grateful that my body is aligned with its original divine blueprint.

Scotland has made a major leap in renewable energy by deploying the most powerful tidal turbine ever built. Anchored in fast-flowing waters, this engineering marvel converts the kinetic energy of ocean currents into clean electricity. At full capacity, it can power over 2,000 homes and prevent 2,200 tonnes of CO₂ emissions annually.

Unlike wind or solar, tidal energy is predictable—it can be calculated years in advance based on the moon’s gravitational pull. This makes it a highly reliable source of green energy that can supplement other renewables.

The turbine’s installation marks a milestone in the shift toward sustainable power solutions. If replicated globally, tidal technology could supply millions of homes with stable, carbon-free electricity, helping fight climate change while preserving marine ecosystems.

“We were told that we would see America come and go. In a sense America is dying, from within, because they forgot the instructions of how to live on earth. Its the Hopi belief, its our belief, that if you are not spiritually connected to the earth, and understand the spiritual reality of how to live on earth, its likely that you will not make it.Everything is spiritual, everything has a spirit, everything was brought here by the creator, the one creator. Some people call him God, some people call him Buddha, some people call him Allah, some people call him other names. We call him Tunkaschila... Grandfather. We are here on earth only a few winters, then we go to the spirit world. The spirit world is more real then most of us believe. The spirit world is everything.Over 95% of our body is water. In order to stay healthy you've got to drink good water. ... Water is sacred, air is sacred. Our DNA is made out of the same DNA as the tree, the tree breaths what we exhale, we need what the tree exhales. So we have a common destiny with the tree. We are all from the earth, and when earth, the water, the atmosphere is corrupted then it will create its own reaction. The mother is reacting. In the Hopi prophecy they say the storms and floods will become greater. To me its not a negative thing to know that there will be great changes. Its not negative, its evolution. When you look at it as evolution, it's time, nothing stays the same. You should learn how to plant something. That is the first connection. You should treat all things as spirit, realize that we are one family. Its never something like the end. Its like life, there is no end to life”
