Food sensitivities were what triggered my whole spiritual awakening, and led me to start seeing how I can work with energy in a positive way.

Food reactions are directly related to clairsentience, meaning you have the gift of being able to receive messages and insights through FEELING. People who carry this gift often get pulled into the spiritual space due to physical health issues, but it can be the gateway to something really beautiful.

Yes, it’s frustrating and it would be SO nice to be able to eat a greasy meal every once in a while. But for some of us, that’s just not realistic. So let’s reframe this sensitivity as a superpower, because it is (even if it’s kind of an annoying one).
