So many moms tell me they’ve just “accepted” leaking as part of life after baby.
And honestly? I get it. When everyone around you says it’s normal, you stop questioning it.

But common ≠ normal. And more importantly, it’s treatable. 💚

If your body is sending you signals, it’s worth listening to. You don’t have to wait until it gets worse, and you’re never too far postpartum to start.

Your body doesn’t make noise until it does, and by then it’s louder than everything else on your schedule. Your body is either a priority now or a crisis later. Which one are you choosing?
