Waking up with neck, back, hip, or shoulder discomfort? Your sleeping position may be contributing. 😴

We spend hours in the same position overnight, so small changes in support can sometimes make a big difference in how your body feels in the morning.

🛏️ Side sleeper? Try a pillow between your legs and make sure your head and neck are comfortably supported.

🛏️ Back sleeper? A pillow under your knees may help you find a more comfortable position through your lower back and pelvis.

There’s no single “perfect” sleeping position for everyone. The goal is to find a position that feels comfortable, supports your body, and helps you wake up moving well.

If you’re regularly waking up with pain or stiffness, a physiotherapist can help identify what may be contributing and recommend strategies specific to you.

Dizzy when you roll over in bed, look up, or get out of bed? 😵‍💫

It could be Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo (BPPV) — one of the most common and treatable causes of vertigo.

BPPV occurs when tiny calcium crystals in the inner ear move out of place, causing brief episodes of spinning with certain head movements.

The good news? 🙌 BPPV can often be effectively treated with specific repositioning techniques performed by a trained physiotherapist.

At Pro Motion Physiotherapy , our physiotherapist Arjun provides assessment and treatment for BPPV to help you regain your balance, confidence, and get back to your daily activities.

📞 Book your assessment today and take the first step toward feeling steady again.
