Weโre getting and back into the mix with this high-intensity contact drill! If youโre prepping for sport contact after an injury, this is how you build confidence.
THE RULES:
๐ The Goal: Defender protects the ball on the cone.
โฑ๏ธ The Clock: Attacker has 5 seconds to knock it over.
๐ซ The Stakes: Any foul = an automatic point for the opposition.
THE SETUP:
Weโve created a โStrategy Zoneโ with cones. The defender can high press or play the long game, while the attacker uses the space for those sharp, ankle-breaking changes of direction.
