CONTACT IS BACK. 😤⚡️

We’re getting and back into the mix with this high-intensity contact drill! If you’re prepping for sport contact after an injury, this is how you build confidence.

THE RULES:
📍 The Goal: Defender protects the ball on the cone.
⏱️ The Clock: Attacker has 5 seconds to knock it over.
🚫 The Stakes: Any foul = an automatic point for the opposition.

THE SETUP:
We’ve created a “Strategy Zone” with cones. The defender can high press or play the long game, while the attacker uses the space for those sharp, ankle-breaking changes of direction.

Let the creativity run! 🗣️

👇 Drop a “🔥” if you’re adding this to your next session!

No matter where life takes us, it’s important to stay grounded!

Whether I’m on the floor at the facility or walking the halls at the Athletic Therapy Conference in Calgary, the Motus Studio Sneaker is the daily driver. Suede Obsidian leather gives it that premium look, but the barefoot feel keeps me grounded for those 12-hour days on my feet.

HOW TO LAND LIKE A PRO 🛬

Most athletes focus on the “up,” but the “down” is where the injuries happen. If you feel “all over the place” when you land, your deceleration mechanics are failing you.

We’re hitting 3 low-level extensive plyo movements to fix your brakes and improve force attenuation:

1️⃣ - KB Foot Elevated Lateral Squat Drop
2️⃣ - KB Split Drop Decel Switches
3️⃣ - KB Squat Drop Decel

Pair these with your active jump sessions to stay bouncy and healthy.

Which one of these feels the hardest for you? 👇
