Happy Sunday! We have a full line-up of amazing classes for you this week!!
A friendly reminder that the NICE WEATHER is perfect for getting your cardio in....walking, jogging, swimming, pickleball, tennis....,but you still NEED strength training to get STRONGER, LEANER and NOT DIE if you try to take the summer off of training and get back to it in the FALL! lol
So keep your 2 or 3 x a week IN and then get out and move for the other days of the week!
Please note this week that:
*Our Train to Run 5K is done but we are offering 5K runs using your punch cards starting this week on Thursday night at 6:30 pm and Saturday at 9 amm.
*Cardio DRUMS starts at 4:30 this TUESDAY ONLY!
*If you have never been to JUST Just Move - Group Fitness you can get your first class FREE by using the 'FRIEND' discount at check out (Drop In Daphne pass).
*We have classes both morning and night so there is something for everyone's schedule
