Last minute cancellation (less than 24h) and no show policy…
I am here ready to serve you and my time is reserved for you.
Other clients on the waiting list can’t be taken care of because my schedule is booked for you!
Your time is valuable so is mine!
Respecting our time is a must both ways.
For this reason the full amount of your treatment is required after a no show or a last minute cancellation. Please check your emails and honour your invoice.
Thank you for your understanding!
