Business trip, but make it a little more fun! 🥳

Laura recently headed over to the city for the Sexy Living Summer Expo on Granville Island, with a cozy stay at Sylvia Hotel in English Bay along the way.

3 SIGNS it's time to get your blood pressure checked ❤️

The tricky thing about high blood pressure? You often can’t feel it. That’s why knowing your numbers matters, even when you feel perfectly fine.

It might be time for a check if:

1. You can’t remember your last reading
Regular checks can help catch changes you may not notice.

2. Your risk factors have changed
Things like age, family history and other cardiovascular risk factors can increase your chances of developing high blood pressure.

3. You’ve had a higher reading before
One number doesn’t tell the whole story. Blood pressure should be measured properly and, when elevated, followed up with additional readings.
