Every Heal House experience begins with a fuller understanding of you — your history, your biology, your goals and the life you are asking your body to support.

Because those things do not exist separately.
The demands of work, stress, recovery, movement, environment and physiology all meet in the same person. Understanding how they relate can reveal more than looking at any one piece alone.

Our first Heal House Secret Garden Culinary Experience marked the beginning of a new tradition.

Hosted by Joe Lu and Heal House President Laura Compagni, the evening brought our community together through exceptional hospitality, meaningful conversation, and an unforgettable five-course Mediterranean dining experience prepared by Chef Matteo and his culinary team.

Designed to bring people together through food, conversation, and community, the evening reflected what Heal House is all about—creating spaces where meaningful connections can grow.

The night concluded with one of its most meaningful moments as over $5,000 was presented to the Jean Tweed Centre, made possible through the generosity of our community and the support of Alessandro from La Famiglia Barbershop, Samantha Trinity and Dr. Rachel Stummer of , and Dr. Sara Mahdavi at DNA Doctors.

A heartfelt thank you to Chef Matteo and his culinary team, our sponsors and community partners, the entire Heal House team, our volunteers, and every guest who helped make this evening so special.

We believe in creating spaces where people feel connected, supported, and inspired. This Thursday, we’re honoured to welcome Chef Matteo for the first of many chef experiences—an evening centred around Mediterranean-inspired cuisine, meaningful conversation, and community.

During the evening, we’ll also be presenting donations to the Jean Tweed Centre in support of the important work they do for women and families.
