S***mageddon 💀
S***m counts are dropping… and we should all be talking about it more.
Back in 2021, the New York Times article What Are S***m Telling Us? highlighted a problem that was already growing. Now it’s 2026… imagine where we’re at now.
This isn’t just about getting pregnant. Low s***m count and poor s***m health can be a sign that something deeper is off, stress, hormone issues, nutrient deficiencies, inflammation, poor sleep, toxins, processed food, too much alcohol, not enough movement… modern life, basically.
Men’s fertility is becoming a bigger issue every year, but no one seems to talk about it until they’re trying for a baby and struggling. By then, it can feel shocking.
Your s***m health can reflect your overall health and that matters way before you’re ready for kids.
The positive side? The body can improve when you support it properly. Food, sleep, stress, hormones, lifestyle habits… it all matters.
This is a growing problem. But it’s also a wake-up call.
