I've left my cozy cocoon in Toronto. It was time. No, it was PAST TIME! I became severely vitamin D deficient. Who knew that lack of D (no puns intended) could be so detrimental to our health? So many systems can be thrown out of whack, and everything is connected.

So now I'm outside 🎉, in the sunshine 🌞 and will be turning up at events in NY/NJ, Maryland, Atlanta, and L.A.
