A short walk after meals is something I’ve been incorporating more of to support my digestion and help regulate blood sugar.🚶♀️
When you walk, your muscles use glucose from your bloodstream for energy, which helps reduce the rise in blood sugar after eating. 💪
More stable blood sugar levels can help reduce cravings and energy crashes, which supports healthy weight management over time. 🙌
Gentle movement after meals can also help stimulate digestion and reduce bloating.
Even 10-15 minutes after meals can make a difference!
