What is Radiofrequency Ablation (RFA)?

Radiofrequency Ablation is a minimally invasive treatment used to close unhealthy veins that are causing varicose veins and symptoms such as heaviness, aching, swelling, or tired legs.

During the procedure, a thin catheter is inserted into the affected vein and uses controlled radiofrequency energy to gently heat and seal it. Once the vein is closed, blood naturally reroutes through healthier veins.
