It's one thing to love what you do, but making new connections and being able to teach them how to take charge in their own health journey is the most rewarding part for me.
In addition to being a nutritionist, I am a holistic wellness practitioner who focuses on the foundations of overall health and wellness.
The key to taking back control of your health is to understand all the foundations and make sure that each one is stable and supports the others for optimal health.

When I work with a client who really puts in the work to get the big results, that when I'm reminded of the power of serving and empowering others.🌸

We all have those mornings where we wake up, and we just feel like we don't want to...

Could be physical or emotional exhaustion, burnout lingering, or just blah.

The key here is to pay attention to what your body's telling you .
This is where I go back into staying consistent with my routine. I've made some small changes to prioritize myself, and sticking to that routine seems to keep me grounded and pushing through on the tough days.

I start my days off with 20 to 30 minutes for me, which includes either deep breathing, stretching, yoga, walking, or whatever else I feel I need that day. Followed up with staying consistent with my vitamins, and a healthy breakfast is a really good foundation for the rest of the day.

And when all else fails and it's just too much, then remember to be kind to yourself and listen to what your body is telling you.

It's Jess here, and I hope this message finds you doing well! I know you're a fellow busy bee who's always on the go, but I need your help. I'm putting together a coaching program for burnt-out women, like you and me, who are too tired to know what recovery even looks like.
I'm looking for women who are stressed, burnt out, and exhausted to better understand their experiences and how I can help. So,
I'm wondering if you'd be open to chatting with me about your experiences and challenges. And who knows, maybe we can both commiserate about how crazy our lives can be.
