Meet Oliver - my tree friend.
I met Oliver years ago while strolling in the forest and I was immediately drawn to him. I actually saw a fairy flying around at the top of the tree. I used Oliver to ground my energy and we connected energetically at that point.
It gets cold in Toronto and I don't like the cold so during the winter months I don't go outside for walks. In winter I ground in nature by meditating and connecting to Oliver in the astral realm. It works every time like a charm! I connect to other trees as well.
Did you know you do not need to be physically present in nature to connect to nature? We are all energy. We are light beings having a human experience here on Earth. If you choose to connect to or communicate with nature, animals, water, the elements, other light beings, it is doable. Simply ask and have an intention to connect. It helps to believe it can be done.
Trees are also portals and they can be used to transport you to other realms, like an elevator, if you are granted access.
