The goal is simply 90%.

90% of your workouts.

90% of your nutrition.

90% of your steps.

If you commit to 90% over weeks, months, and years, you’ll be walking around with a top-1% physique and performance baseline.

In our world, we track our calorie & protein intake, we train hard 4 days/week, and we walk a minimum of 7,000 steps daily.

Which means that over the course of one year, in order to maintain 90%, you would need to:

- Hit your calorie and protein target 328.5 out of 365 days.

- Hit your daily 7k step goal 328.5 out of 365 days.

- Complete your workout 187.2 out of 208 times.

But where the perspective really lands is the inverse, which looks like this:

- 36.5 days of your calorie & protein goal missed.

- 36.5 days of your daily 7k step goal missed.

- 20.8 workouts missed.

And to summarize in a more practical 30-day format:

- 27 out of 30 days nailing calories & protein.

- 27 out of 30 days nailing 7k steps.

- 14 out of 16 workouts completed.

Take a moment to let those figures sink in.

That’s all it takes to hit 90% and achieve a top-1% physique.

And in our world, that is the definition of consistency.

If you are an ambitious man over 35 and have not seen any change in your fitness this year, you need to read this. Now

Your 30s and 40s are make-or-break years for your longevity.

Yes, you can change at any time, but it gets harder as time passes.

My best advice?

Start taking care of yourself and your family now so you avoid regret later.

You can cover up those health issues like blood pressure and aches & pains with morning pills but those pills come with heavy side affects.

Most men are burned out because they’re chasing outcomes instead of engineering inputs.

Here’s a simple way to check if that’s you:

The 3-Check Morning Audit:

1. Did I move my body in the first hour?
(Even 10–20 minutes triggers focus, drive, and clarity.)

2. Did I delay dopamine?
(Phone, caffeine, email — those early hits cost you leadership later.)

3. Did I build before I responded?
(Win the morning before reacting to the world.)

Here's what I want you to do this weekend:

Pick one exercise per workout - Just one. Your weakest body part... the one you can never seem to grow.

Now do this:

1. Before you touch the weight, set your posture.
2. Stabilize your trunk.
3. Take one deep breath through your nose.

On every rep, your only job is to feel the target muscle stretch under load and shorten under maximal contraction.

Slow the eccentric down to 3 seconds.
Pause at the bottom for 1 second.
Contract hard for 2 seconds at the peak.

Drop the weight by 20-30% from what you'd normally use. Your ego will scream. Ignore it.

Do 3 sets of 10 reps with this level of focus.

Then ask yourself: did you feel the target muscle more in those 3 sets than you normally feel in an entire workout?

If the answer is yes (and it will be) you just discovered what's been missing
