Happy Monday?? LOL. Sometimes it is SO hard, even with our best Sunday evening intentions, to click the “go” button come Monday morning. I’ve been there, gave up and pulled over the covers, and basically had a crappy day feeling disappointed in myself.

The idea of action is just a foot-on-the-floor away (and don’t forget you need two of them to get going somewhere). Grab a coffee, go for a quick walk, run, hop on your stationary bike, do some yoga. Movement is medicine, and it is neuro-biologically proven that it improves your mood balance!

I’m about to hop on my stationary bike and get some 90’s dance tunes going for mine; what are you going to do to start off a great week?

I'm being inspired to be something I've not allowed myself to be -- imperfect. For a combination of reasons I have a built-in sense of perfectionism. I wanted approval and praise and doing my best meant equalled perfect.

I'm learning through a new coaching program how to let go of holding on, waiting, procrastinating and "perfectionizing" my actions before I do them.

I can't change my reality unless I change my beliefs. When you don't believe, you won't take action.

Try, practice, learn, iterate and improve.

Learn to have unwavering faith and belief in your ability to figure it out.

Returning to work after the holidays needs a fresh mindset for the year. Taking an hour to do a physical clean and cull of your office space can free your mind, make you more productive and happier to do the tasks set before you. 💕

Have you been on your blades yet this year? Get out for a free, healthy and family fun activity. I broke ice yesterday with my son, getting us out of the house, a little sweaty, and sleeping more restfully.
