The scale can stay EXACTLY the same while your body is giving you signs that things are moving in the right direction. 👀
And if you have hypothyroidism, you need to hear this.
Because it’s easy to wake up, step on the scale, see the same number and immediately think:
“Nothing is working.”
But what if...
You didn’t hit snooze three times this morning.
You made it through your afternoon without desperately needing another coffee.
You finished an email without reading the same sentence over and over.
Your hands weren’t freezing at your desk.
You actually had energy for your workout, and left feeling stronger instead of completely drained.
You got dressed without changing your outfit five times.
And maybe you caught yourself in the mirror and thought...
“There I am.”
THAT is progress too🫶🏼
I know how easy it is to let the scale determine whether you’re having a “good” or “bad” day.
But your health is so much bigger than one number.
Pay attention to your energy.
Your strength.
Your focus.
Your confidence.
Your ability to actually be present in your life.
Because sometimes the first signs of progress aren’t pounds lost.
They’re pieces of YOU coming back 🦋
💬 If you have hypothyroidism, tell me in the comments: Which of these would mean the MOST to you right now: ENERGY, FOCUS, STRENGTH, or CONFIDENCE?
