We have officially entered into Spring in Canada
It is time to bloom 🌱

Since the eclipse at the beginning of this month, there has been an intensity in the energy—grief rising, endings happening abruptly, things burning away before we feel ready.

So many of us have been meeting parts of ourselves, our lives, and our realities head-on.
It hasn’t felt light.

It can feel scary. Uncertain. Overwhelming. Chaotic. Isolating.

But this is the moment where leaning in, especially when it feels counterintuitive,is essential.
Resist the urge to self abandon and numb.

Face the truth.
🔥Dance around the flame instead of running from it.
Witness what it is illuminating for you.🕯
True freedom and meaningful connection exist on the other side.

There is intelligence in the burning.

It is clearing. It is liberating. It is making space for something new to emerge, whether you feel ready or not.

This past Sunday, I sat in a circle where we spoke about the burning of roots. It brought forward a powerful question:

How do we tend to the burnt pieces, and what now?

Because when life feels heavy, unjust, lonely, disappointing, dark, or unfair… it’s easy to collapse into it.

But what if you looked deeper?

What patterns, people, behaviours, actions, or beliefs contributed to that reality?

Not from blame, from powerful awareness.

Because the burning is not punishment. It is transformation.

I was reminded of something beautiful… when the roots and soil were burnt, instead of trying to force life back into what was, she transplanted the plant into water.

A clean, pure environment.
A space to grow entirely new roots.

Here lies the invitation

Instead of attaching to what has ended, can you honour it?
Can you celebrate the lessons, the growth, the evolution?
Can you feel gratitude for the release. For the freedom. For the space to begin again?

You are not here to stay confined by old versions of yourself, or by the expectations and perceptions of others.

Limits only exist if you continue to give them authority over who you can be in purest fullest bloom 🌸

This is a new chapter.

Between who you were & who you are becoming.
Between survival & sacred alignment.

Endings are not punishments.
They are promotions.

We are taught to fear endings. To grip. To mourn. To spiral.
But what if an ending is simply life clearing space for something truer?

What if closure isn’t loss but refinement?

You are not running from what was.
You are rising into what is aligned.

• What stories am I tired of telling?

Endings are sacred because they require courage.

1. Stand with your feet planted firmly on the ground.
2. Place one hand on your heart, one on your low belly.
3. Inhale slowly through your nose for 4 counts.
4. Exhale through your mouth for 6, imagine you are releasing an outdated identity.
5. Whisper softly: I honour what was. I choose what aligns.

Notice: Where does freedom live in your body?
What softens? What expands?

This is your internal compass.
