Hi guys!
I am Ruhan. I wasn’t active in instagram for a while. I am happy introduce myself Acupuncturist. It was a wonderful journey for me to be educated at traditional Chinese medicine acupuncture. In my background I am a physiotherapist in Turkey and I am in process to get my licence also to work in Canada soon. These point are beneficial for increase lacrimation (milk in the breast.. ) Normally we do acupuncture these pints but also doing massage /acupressure on them can be effective.. 1 or 2 min massage / 3-4 times in a day, you can do!!
