On World Homeopathy Day, I was deeply grateful and honoured to take part in a meaningful gathering celebrating the history, present, and future of homeopathy, in honour of Dr. Samuel Hahnemann, the physician who founded homeopathy.

A special moment for me was receiving a scroll of recognition for my presentation on epigenetics and homeopathy, which I had delivered the month prior.
It was also my very first time, after 20 years of practice, presenting in front of my peers and colleagues in this way - a meaningful milestone for me personally and professionally.

It was an honour to share this work with such an engaged community, and to contribute to a dialogue that bridges science, clinical experience, and the deeper human dimension of healing.

I was also honoured to have been invited to speak representing Schmit-Nagel, a responsibility within this field that I hold with great respect.

We were privileged to have Dr. Bernardo, President of LMHI (Liga Medicorum Homoeopathica Internationalis), with us this year, along with many inspiring speakers who brought depth, clarity, and global perspective to the event.

A personal highlight was reconnecting with homeopaths I had not seen in many years. These reunions felt like a reminder of the continuity of this tradition and the shared dedication that keeps this field evolving.

I am sincerely grateful to everyone who contributed, attended, and supported this gathering. Moments like these reinforce why this work matters so deeply.

Sometimes life brings us back to something our heart never left. 💃

This past weekend I participated in my first ever Argentine Tango competition at World of Dance Toronto 2026, and to my surprise and joy we placed 1st in Salon Argentine Tango. ✨🏆

With only a few practices, simply stepping onto that floor already felt like a victory for me.

Deep gratitude to my wonderful partner, the music, the dance, the teachers and everyone who continues to support and encourage me along the way.

Still smiling and taking it all in. 🙏
