Time heals all wounds it doesn’t take it away but it heals them…..
It’s creeping up 4 years ago I was changed forever never the same and so much of my struggles I’ve come to accept and embrace as part of the tapestry that has been woven into my life’s journey, the story of who am I TODAY not the Cristina before the Coma and mother of 4.

They say after trauma the person isn’t just changed forever, no words have ever been so true. But, the family is woven differently even if you don’t think so it’s absolutely true. ❤️❤️ I send love to all those coming out of the ashes I will make a post shortly as I know I’ve been on the quieter side of things but not very journey and triumphs made are loud and cheered some are small and still 🥰

We’ve experienced this far to often and it’s heartbreaking from a parents perspective to watch from the sidelines and not know how to help where they are experiencing exclusion

I’m teaching my kids exclusion is an under-the-radar form of bullying.

We’ve all experienced it—
that sting of being left out,
of two friends whispering a secret in front of you
and refusing to tell you what it’s about.

It happens in our schools,
on sports teams,
in after-school activities and clubs.
And while it may seem subtle,
it can be deeply damaging.

When a group consistently leaves someone out—
when they make sure that person knows they’re not invited,
not wanted,
not part of the circle—
that’s not harmless.
That’s bullying.

This kind of behavior chips away at self-esteem.
It teaches kids they’re never enough.
And the silence around it allows it to keep spreading.

Not liking someone is human.
But you can still be kind.
You can still be civil.
You can still make space for empathy.

Because bullying isn’t just about pushing someone on the playground.

Exclusion is a silent pandemic.
And it’s time we start calling it what it is.

As we say goodbye to 2025…

I want to thank each and every one of you for supporting me, trusting me, using my services, being a friend, and simply tuning in. Whether you showed up loudly or quietly, please know it mattered more than you know. 💛

As I reflect on 2025, I keep coming back to Psalm 23 the fear, the anxiety, the surrender… and the triumph. This year was one of deep reflection for me. I battled my own demons and felt “less than” in ways I hadn’t before. I now see that as a season where I allowed the liar to take space in the darkness but seasons change. Light always finds its way through.
I will be here with you in your highest highs and your lowest lows. I see you. I will shine the light so you don’t have to walk alone.
