There’s a strange business model underneath what I do:
I actually want you to need me less.
😂 Terrible for recurring revenue, perhaps.
But I mean it.
I’m not interested in becoming the next person you ask permission from about your body, your choices, your relationships, your motherhood or your life.
Sometimes support is incredibly valuable. Sometimes we genuinely cannot see the pattern while we’re standing inside of it.
That’s where I come in.
But the point isn’t for me to become your new authority.
The point is for you to start recognizing yourself again.
To notice the connections.
To question what you’ve been told.
To understand what your body may be responding to.
To stop automatically assuming someone outside of you knows more about you than you do.
And eventually to hear yourself before the noise.
Maybe that’s what support was supposed to be all along:
not someone taking your hand and leading you forever — someone holding it long enough for you to remember you can walk.
If you’ve spent years outsourcing yourself and you’re ready to understand what your body and life have actually been showing you, DM me “ME.”
