Ask us about dry needling 💪💪💪

Dry needling is a treatment used by trained by our Chiro and physio professionals to help relieve muscle pain and tension. It involves inserting very thin, sterile needles into tight or sensitive areas of muscle (called trigger points) to stimulate healing, improve blood flow, and reduce pain. Unlike acupuncture, dry needling is based on modern anatomy and focuses specifically on muscle dysfunction. It’s commonly used to improve mobility, reduce stiffness, and support recovery from injury.
