For years, I thought the goal was to fix myself.
Lose the weight.
Get more organized.
Be more disciplined.
Figure everything out.
And if I’m being honest, there was always another thing waiting on the list.
What I’ve come to realize is that constantly focusing on what’s wrong with us can make us miss what’s actually happening.
We’re growing.
We’re learning.
We’re evolving.
We’re becoming.
At almost 60 years old, I can tell you this with certainty: some of the most meaningful chapters of my life have happened in the last decade.
Not because life got easier.
Not because I suddenly figured everything out.
But because I became more willing to try new things, step into uncomfortable rooms, and trust that I was still allowed to grow.
I think a lot of women quietly believe their becoming years are behind them.
I don’t.
I think there is still a version of you waiting to be discovered.
A stronger version.
A braver version.
A more fully expressed version.
The question isn’t what do you need to fix.
The question is:
Who are you becoming?
Tell me in one word below. 👇
I’m tired of being told it’s all downhill from here.
I’m tired of being told I’m broken.
I’m tired of being told I need to turn back the clock.
And honestly?
I’m exhausted by all the fear around menopause.
Yes, things change.
But change doesn’t mean the best parts of your life are behind you.
You have more control than you think.
You can get stronger.
You can build healthier habits.
You can regain confidence.
You can feel good in your own skin again.
No fear mongering.
No false promises.
No chasing a younger version of yourself.
Just a woman in her 60s showing you what’s possible.
I’ve got you.
Let’s go. 💙
