I feel privileged to enjoy some of the good life here in Toronto. Today, UofT offers free music concerts at Trinity St Paul’s United church.

Erratic changes in mood, reckless decisions, and risk taking behaviours are some of the problems associated with bi-polar conditions. Only a medical doctor, psychiatrist, or psychologist can formally diagnose bi-polar. Many mental health practitioners can work with you to help identify and manage worrisome shifts in mood and behaviours.

This is a really helpful book that summarizes modern perspectives on effective treatments for bi-polar types 1 or 2.

This book is truly user friendly and will help you to better understand your mental health and perhaps, your life choices.

It is an empowering resource that will further enhance my work with clients coming to terms with a formal diagnosis and learning to read personal cues that may cause disruptions in your love life, work, or family.

Be honest with yourself and assess whether some of the things you have done in your life were hasty, reckless, impulsive, and perhaps even risky. It will help your healing journey to also be aware of the people wounded by your erratic shifts in mood and irresponsible decision making.

“Owning bi-polar” will give you further insight into why and how your neurobiology works and ways to recognize symptoms associated with hypomania, mania, and depression.

Sneakers with fancy wear started in New York during the time when women were on the run to work, home and everywhere. During the days we tried to do it all!!! Still enjoy my runners when I have a fair distance to walk! Take care of your feet 60 plus as your knees and hip joints will thank you in the long run (no pun intended)!
