Happy Monday everyone!! 😍

Just want to remind you that even when others don't show up, you show up for yourself. That way you start leading because sometimes people are afraid to do it first and like to wait for others to take that first step.
If you want results, you have to start taking action instead of waiting. Examples such as waiting for others to join something, go somewhere because they’re afraid of what their social circle would say if they did it first before them, reaching out for support if you really want and need the help, and many others.

So, if you are a boss babe that is ready to lose up to 5-10lbs or more sustainably without restrictive diets, so yes we will make it happen that you’ll still be able to eat your favourite foods, have carbs and dessert and still be able to enjoy your weekends with friends and family without any restriction, reduce stomach bloating and break free from the diet cycle.

Smoothie of the day - spring mix (a blend of baby greens, baby lettuce and chicorice), cranberries, 1 banana, blueberries, Plain Greek yoghurt with no sugar and 0% M.F., 1tbsp chia seeds, 1.5 tbsp cacao nibs from , caramel coffee flavour protein from , half unsweetened almond milk from and half water

Drink a a day because of many benefits ☺️ But before I say those benefits, here is something you gotta know about me —> Ever since covid happened, I don’t drink smoothies from outside anymore because of hidden sugars unless I watch them do it 🤣🤣 Don’t know why they need to add the extra sugar when it’s sweet enough with the natural sugars 🤷🏻‍♀️ well I also hardly drank smoothies before as compared to now. Covid has definitely changed how I ate, and many more other things that I will probably put in a future post 😆
So here are a few of the benefits:
- A way to have more greens and fruits because many people need them more, especially fibre in their diet!!
- Full of nutrients and flavour when you mix stuff 😍
- Keeps you full and satiated for a long time
- Control cravings - a lot of protein along with many nutrients subdue food cravings and keep you away from eating junk food. They’re awesome for breakfast, in between meal snacks or night snacks

Every Wednesday, I’m going to post a “Movement of the Week” challenge for y’all to keep moving...it’s either going to be a workout, maybe a dance move, or stretch/rehab/mobility thing.
Why Wednesday? Because you can try it until Friday, maaaaaybe rest during the weekend and try again till I post the next challenge on Wednesday, or do it every other day...your choice honestly 😉
Also for y’all waiting for gyms to reopen to workout and get stronger, exercise doesn’t have to be done at the gym but at the comfort of your own home, and literally anywhere, and it will still be effective AF (I do it in the plane too 😉). Now with things closed, now you got more time...stop making excuses!! Many people are waiting for COVID to be done to do s**t but I believe now is an awesome time to work on anything. Getting stronger doing bodyweight exercises aka Calisthenics, like Yoga, is possible and amazing 🔥🔥💪
By doing this challenges, it is a part of setting goals.
As you complete these goals, you will take pride in your achievements, raise your self-confidence, and probably want to keep on going. Did you also know that action often comes before motivation, because motivation is unreliable 😉 One day, doing things that scare you won’t scare you no more, e.g. hard/impossible workouts becoming warmups 🤣🤣 I promise!! 🤞❤️

Even a 10% effort can get results...don’t worry my knees are fine that’s why I kept on going 🤣🤣 what happens when nutrition, yoga and mobility come into play xD

Made Taiwanese burrito for breakfast for 2 days. Trust me, one is enough to fill you up especially how I did it, because the usual recipe is just Chinese Scallion Pancake by itself called Tsong Yow Bing (蔥油餅), or if it’s cooked with an egg or 2, garnished with pork floss inside and oyster sauce inside or on top, it’s called Taiwanese Egg Crepe or Dan Bing (蛋餅)

1st pic: Forgot to buy eggs so this is a creation. I put original sesame dressing, spinach, cheddar cheese, tomatoes, onions, rice, trout, peanuts, and jalapeños

2nd pic: egg, oyster sauce, lamb curry, Thai spicy fish floss, rice and spinach

I can make this for anyone one day, just make sure to give me a drive up to T&T, or some Asian grocery if they have it 😉

Happy Sunday y’all!!
Is it too early in the week to post about motivation, progress, and workouts, or is Monday better because Sunday is meant for lazy and chill days? XD anyway I’ll just go ahead because no excuses, no more “tomorrow”, “Monday”, or “I don’t have time” but “yes!” However it is important to always listen to your body 😘

I used to hate many workouts such as single arm planks but as my core gets stronger, I am slowly loving them especially now I can go longer which is 25seconds each side instead of 5-10secs or less without taking a break...however my form is still a bit eh but it will improve over time
