Some of you have heard me talk about it already.

Now it’s official.

50 Strong starts April 20.

This is for the person who knows they’ve drifted a little.

You’ve let some habits slide.
You haven’t felt like yourself in a while.
You keep saying you’ll get back on track soon.
But deep down, you know soon has to become now.

50 Strong is our 50-day challenge for people who are ready to tighten things up, build momentum, and prove to themselves they can still do hard things.

This year, there’s also a new twist.

One of the rules has changed.
And honestly, I think it might end up being one of the most important ones we’ve added yet.

🏅 Healthy Habit Olympics – Officially Complete! 🏅

We wrapped up our Closing Ceremonies on Sunday and crowned our winners… but before we get to that, let’s remember what this was really about.

This wasn’t just a competition. It was about building habits. Raising awareness. Cleaning up the small things that quietly hold us back. I think it’s safe to say our crew now knows exactly how much protein they should be eating 😅

I’m incredibly proud of everyone who committed to these 34 days. The consistency, the energy, and the accountability right to the very end was impressive. Across all 9 teams, we logged over 1,100 daily submissions. That’s serious effort.

Here are the final team standings:

🥇 Gold – Gym & Tonics (1003 points)

🥈 Silver – Rise & Grind (1002 points)

🥉 Bronze – Team SAS (993 points)

A one-point difference between first and second… that’s about as tight as it gets.

Watching our members break boards over the holidays was awesome.

It takes real courage to step up, take a breath, and slam a board as hard as you can — especially the first time. And every single person did it.

That same courage shows up when you decide to break bad habits and replace them with better ones in the new year.

That’s what our Healthy Habit Olympics are all about. Simple habits, steady effort, and a clear plan to get back on track without going all-or-nothing.

Lisa & Rob 👏

These two have been training with me for almost 2 years, and they’re a great example of what consistency over time actually looks like.

By the end of 2025:

• Lisa pulled a 185 lb deadlift — over a 40 lb personal record!

• Rob hit a 320 lb deadlift - also a major record despite injuries throughout the year!

But honestly, the coolest part isn’t the numbers.

It’s the fact that they show up together, train together, and support each other week after week. That kind of consistency matters even more as we get older — lifting weights helps maintain muscle, bone density, and strength for everyday life, not just the gym.

You don’t need to go all-or-nothing to get started.

You just need a place to begin.

Yesterday’s Beginner Kickboxing + Stretch Seminar was a huge success — even if I barely captured any proof 😅

I got so caught up coaching, answering questions, breaking down technique, and watching everyone make real progress that I completely forgot to take photos or videos.

(Thankfully I managed to snap one shot of Olena doing what she does best — stretching out one of our members and unlocking everyone’s hips!)

But honestly… that’s usually a sign of a great session.

Everyone showed up with such good energy, worked hard on the fundamentals, and picked up new skills WAY faster than they expected. The focus in the room was unreal, and the technique improvements — even from total beginners — were amazing to see.

Huge thank you to everyone who came out.

You made the afternoon fun, supportive, and full of those “oh wow, I can actually do this!” moments.

We’ll definitely be hosting another one in the new year — and next time, I promise I’ll remember a group photo 😉
