People often ask what the best exercise program is. The truth is, there are a lot of good programs.

The challenge usually isn't finding one.

It's finding one you'll still be doing when motivation fades, life gets busy, and the excitement of starting something new wears off.

That's what I mean by "next Tuesday." Not the actual day. Just the ordinary day that comes after the enthusiasm of Monday.

The best plan is often the one you can keep coming back to.

Breathing is something we do all day without thinking about it.

But many people develop a habit of breathing mostly through their chest, especially when they're stressed, sitting for long periods, or dealing with pain.

In this session, Sarah is teaching her patient how to use his diaphragm by placing one hand on his belly and one on his chest. The goal is to let the belly rise while keeping the chest relatively quiet.

Once this becomes easier, the next step is learning to maintain that breathing pattern while gently engaging the core muscles.

Small changes in how we breathe can influence posture, movement, stability, and even how tense we feel throughout the day.

But according to Alison, that's not always where the bigger issue is.

Today that meant taking a minute to move my neck through its available range of motion, focusing on strength and control throughout the movement.

Small things count.

AI can be a little scary.

It can also be surprisingly helpful.

Like any tool, the value often comes down to how you use it.

I wouldn't use AI to replace a healthcare professional. But I do think it can help people build routines, learn new skills, stay accountable, and better understand their health.

The most powerful question may not be "What's wrong with me?" It may be "How can I take better care of myself today?"

Many people assume cosmetic acupuncture and Botox are trying to do the same thing.

In this video, Hyejin explains one of the biggest differences.

Botox is often used to create a quick cosmetic change by relaxing specific muscles. Cosmetic acupuncture takes a different approach, looking at factors that may be contributing to skin concerns in the first place, including circulation, muscle tension, stress, sleep, and overall health.
