People often ask what the best exercise program is. The truth is, there are a lot of good programs.
The challenge usually isn't finding one.
It's finding one you'll still be doing when motivation fades, life gets busy, and the excitement of starting something new wears off.
That's what I mean by "next Tuesday." Not the actual day. Just the ordinary day that comes after the enthusiasm of Monday.
The best plan is often the one you can keep coming back to.
