Join Connect to Care at University Settlement this Thursday, August 13th for the first in a Primary Care Tabling Event series where you can talk about connecting to the right family doctor and healthcare services in your area through Connect to Care's free, government-and-partner funded program.

Connect to Care will be hosting August sessions for this event on August 13th and 27th at University Settlement, located at 6075 Yonge St, North York.
