Join Connect to Care at University Settlement this Thursday, August 13th for the first in a Primary Care Tabling Event series where you can talk about connecting to the right family doctor and healthcare services in your area through Connect to Care's free, government-and-partner funded program.

Connect to Care will be hosting August sessions for this event on August 13th and 27th at University Settlement, located at 6075 Yonge St, North York.

What a warm welcome for our Community Health Workers in Little Iran at the Iranian Ethnics Festival in late July. Thank you to the community and to those who helped throw this event.

Connect to Care's Community Health Workers engage with communities across North-West Toronto to promote primary healthcare access through our program. Along the way, we are grateful to meet new people and share experiences with our communities.
