With a background in kinesiology, a Master’s in Physical Therapy from Queen’s University, and certifications in acupuncture, Andrea combines hands-on care with movement-based rehab to help people recover, move better, and feel stronger doing the things they love.

Growing up playing basketball and rugby, she understands firsthand the demands injuries can place on both the body and mind — which is why her approach is all about personalized care, resilience, and building confidence through movement. 💪

Outside the clinic you’ll probably find her lifting weights, doing hot yoga, travelling somewhere tropical… or casually doing dragon squats. 🐉
