It’s that time of year again! Dave and I are participating in the 75km bike for Brain Health and we need your help to hit our donation goal.

We ride out June 2nd!

On Sunday I rode in the Bluewater Granfondo 100km race and lived! It was the longest ride I’ve done to date. 980 other riders, 4th place in my age category and 145th overall. 💪 🚴

From postpartum self loathing, to post separation eating disorder, to now.

What a wild ride this self love journey is.

I have learned to appreciate my body and nourish it with love and respect. I'm not saying that it’s easy, or that I don’t have days that I fear the amount of food it takes to build muscle and feel energized, but I'm proud of how far I've come and how much stronger I feel.
