Most of us wait until a crisis - a scary diagnosis or a sudden "overnight" change - to take our health seriously.
As a former nurse of 30+ years, I often saw the same pattern: Women waiting until their 60s to look at their bone density, their A1C (blood sugar), or their cholesterol panel.
We are often managing a crisis or disease, instead of preparing for longevity, and our 80 year old self.
The frustrating part?
You might be doing "everything right" - eating like a bird and moving your body - but if the internal chemistry has shifted, or if it doesn't work for your body anymore, the old rules don't apply anymore.
Testing - not 'guessing' - isn't about finding something to fear. It is about removing the mystery so you can stop feeling like a stranger in your own skin.
Your body isn't broken - it just needs a different kind of support, backed by real data. If you are ready to stop guessing and start building a foundation that actually works for this next chapter, I have a starting point for you.
What is your biggest challenge to 'feel like yourself' again? I'd love to hear from you. ✨🙌
