On Tuesday August 18th we met downtown for our community walk. This time we explored the Toronto Police Museum with vintage artifacts, interactive exhibits, true crime stories, took pictures of old vintage vehicles and even some of our attendees sat on the motorcycle and older police car.

After the event we had lunch at the iconic Frans Restaurant a historic
Toronto diner that's been around since 1940. This gave our attendees to sit down together, have discussions and meet new people.

We've posted so much about this Elora event, and why not? It was an amazing event, and a prime example of what Mosaic is all about, connection.

These moments and connection is what makes all these events truly special. We couldn't have done this without the help from genwellproject for providing us with this micro grant.

Once again thank you Thatcher Farms, and Elora for welcoming us into your space, it couldn't have worked out better.

Sangita our new marketing assistant started working with us on Wednesday July 22nd. We had our first community meeting to prepare for our fall events for September, and met with the owner Atef at his restaurant

Mosaic Home Care & Community Resource Centre is expanding and with that we needed to hire more support staff for the marketing side to assist Priya. Join us in welcoming Sangiti Chhetri part-time marketing assistant.

“I am very happy to join Mosaic as a marketing assistant. My role is to help build and maintain community contacts, strengthen awareness of the Mosaic brand, and contribute to business development initiatives. Mosaic’s commitment to person-centered care truly amazes me, and looking at the depth, detail, and heart behind the work reflects how much this organization values people and community.

I have completed my Bachelor's in Business Administration and a postgraduate certification in Marketing Management-Digital Media. I have built a strong foundation in branding, content creation, social media management, campaign coordination, and community engagement. My first few days at Mosaic have been incredibly welcoming. I feel supported, valued, and encouraged to grow. I believe this is going to be a meaningful and long, interesting ride at Mosaic. I am looking forward to growing and advancing within the organization.

My personal values align with the mission of Mosaic, and I am also happy that I can give back to the community by being part of this organization”.
