No-shows and late cancellations pose a real challenge for health and wellness clinics like yours, and we want to lend a hand. 💙 Jane offers a full suite of features to help you drastically reduce or nearly eliminate no-shows.

- When integrated with Jane Payments, you can set up an Online Booking Payment Policy that gives you the option to request a credit card on file, or a full (or partial) deposit at the time of booking. You can also enable credit card collection in your intake forms for an extra layer of no-show prevention.
- A Cancellation Policy clearly communicates when your clients can cancel without penalty. Request that your clients acknowledge and consent to it via your consent form, and let Jane save you time by reiterating the policy in future appointment-related emails and texts.
